One of Asia's most famous kite and windsurfing spots, located on Boracay Island at Bulabog Beach right next to White Beach. Between October and April the side onshore Northwest-Monsoon "Amihan“ steadily crosses the bay, gathering windsurfers and kitesurfers from all around. Kitesurf and windsurf international competitions have been held at Bulabog Beach for up to 25 years and the unspoiled Bulabog beach now has its own small village with a variety of options when it comes to accommodation, restaurants and bars.

Beginners and intermediate windsurfers will enjoy the good wind and moderate swell conditions at Bulabog Beach. Waist deep water helps beginners learn both beach starts and water starts in an effortless manner. The flat water is perfect to improve the jibe of windsurfers at all experience levels. When the tide goes out and the surface becomes smoother it allows freestyler performers the perfect conditions to show case their talent.

The reef also breaks the waves from the sea and delimits the Bulabog lagoon there are also passages at the reef where you can surf out into the rougher waves. The Funboard Center Boracay always has the newest windsurf equipment to help cope with the varied conditions. On most days wind conditions reach around 15-25 knots. 

Kitesurfing and Windsurfing is combined in one surf center. 

Includes 30 windsurf boards starting from 76 liter up to 200. The sails range from Gaastra starts at 2m2 for our young talents and ends with 8m2 for all light wind experts. Well appreciated are the ultra-light riggs which are used for windsurfing lessons.

Rental and instruction equipment includes board, rig and sail for windsurf rental and all equipment for kitesurfing. You may bring your own harness or this may be charged locally. Please note prices may vary due to exchange rate. Pre-booking is required to guarantee availability of services. You may be required to pay a damage waiver fee locally at the centre, or leave a credit card deposit against potential damage or loss, before rental equipment can be taken.
